We do not publish a price list, and we would rather explain why than pretend a number on a web page would help you. Two lawns on the same street can differ by a factor of three in treated area, and the lawn that needs soil work is not the same job as the lawn that needs a feeding. What we can do is tell you exactly what goes into the number, so nothing in your quote is a surprise — and the estimate itself is free. Call (208) 484-5568.
What actually sets the price
- Treated square footage. Not lot size — the actual turf area we apply product to. This is the single biggest factor, and it is why we measure instead of estimating from an address.
- How many applications. Our fertilization program is six visits across the season. Pest control runs on its own cycle of roughly every 60 days in season.
- What the lawn needs on arrival. A thin, weedy lawn in compacted soil needs more in year one than a healthy lawn on maintenance. That evens out.
- Add-on work. Core aeration, overseeding, tree and shrub applications, sprinkler service and landscape work are quoted separately from the program.
- Program enrolment. Customers on the annual treatment program save on every application compared with booking visits one at a time.
Why we quote on site instead of over the phone
A phone quote is a guess with a number attached, and the correction always arrives after you have signed up. We walk the property, measure the turf, check soil and weed conditions, look at sprinkler coverage, and work out what is actually limiting the lawn. Then you get a per-application price, in writing, with no obligation. That visit is free and it is the only way we quote.
Program versus one-off visits
You can buy single applications, and for a one-time problem — a wasp nest, an ant trail, one round of aeration — that is often the right call. For fertilization it rarely is. The schedule works because the applications build on each other: pre-emergent in March is what keeps crabgrass out in July, and the fall feeding is what makes the spring green-up happen. Individual visits cost more per application and deliver less, because the lawn never gets the full sequence. See the full year →
How the free estimate works
You book it, we come out, and we walk the property with you if you want to be there. We measure turf areas, check soil and turf condition, run the sprinkler zones if irrigation looks like part of the problem, and identify what is actually holding the lawn back. You get a written per-application price and a plain explanation of what each visit does. Nothing is owed and nothing is scheduled until you say so.
Getting a rough number faster
If you want a ballpark before anyone visits, our instant quote tool will give you an estimate from your address in a couple of minutes. It is a starting point, not a final price — the on-site measurement is what we actually bill from.

Frequently asked questions
How much does lawn fertilization cost in Meridian or Boise?
It depends mostly on your treated turf area, and secondarily on what the lawn needs when we start. We quote a per-application price from a free on-site measurement rather than a flat rate, because a flat rate would mean overcharging small lawns to cover large ones. Call (208) 484-5568 or request an estimate and you will have a real number, in writing, with no obligation.
How much does a pest control visit cost?
Pricing depends on the size of the structure, the perimeter and yard area being treated, and whether you are on a scheduled program or booking a one-time treatment. The inspection is free — call (208) 484-5568 and we will quote it after we have looked.
Is there a discount for signing up for the whole year?
Yes. Customers who enrol in the annual treatment program save on every application compared with booking visits individually.
Do I have to sign a contract?
There is no lock-in period and no cancellation maze. Pest control also includes free re-service between scheduled visits if pests show up.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation attached to it. The inspection is also where we find things worth knowing regardless of whether you hire us — billbug damage, a sprinkler zone that is not reaching, soil that needs aeration before anything else will help.
Is pest control priced separately from lawn fertilization?
Yes. They are separate programs on separate schedules, and plenty of customers take one without the other. If you take both, we coordinate the visits.
